Daily Rentals - If a cancellation is made more than (30) days prior to the reservation, the cancellation fee equals the value of one night's stay plus the $8 reservation fee.

If a cancellation is made, the $500.00 deposit is non-refundable and the balance will be credited back to the guest's credit card. Any reservation made within (15) days or less of the reservation must be paid in full. If the cancellation is made less than four (4) days prior to the reservation, the guest will receive no refund.
